Behind the Swag.
Nolan Williams Trophy Headshot

My name is Nolan (Nonie) Williams.

I grew up playing baseball, which quickly became a huge part of my identity. While serving as a leader and captain for many of my youth travel ball teams, I fell in love with the idea of playing baseball at the highest level possible.

As a junior in high school, I committed to Louisiana State University to play baseball. The dream became reality when I entered the 2016 MLB draft; in the 3rd round, I was drafted as the 96th overall pick for the Anaheim Angels.

Within the Angels organization, I played with the AZL Angels, Orem Owlz, and the Burlington Bees. After 4 seasons of professional ball, I started to discover my passion for coaching in the off seasons, and Swag Hitting was born. Since 2021, I have continued to compete across the world at the highest level of men's fast-pitch softball.
